My Fair Lady and Gentleman Nomination 2024

United Way of Columbia County is proud to host the 34th annual My Fair Lady and Gentleman court throughout the 2024 year!  These honored Senior Volunteers will be honored at community parades, the Columbia County Fair, and other various service events throughout the year.  Please take a moment to nominate a wonderful Senior by March 31st, 2024.

Time & Mileage Tracking Sheet

Please return your completed sheet to the United Way office by the last business day of each month to be eligible for liability insurance coverage and mileage reimbursement.

Volunteer Code of Conduct

Host sites may require this Code of Conduct Form from Senior Volunteers to ensure that the highest level of professionalism, safety, and integrity are upheld.
